Duplicate Media Finder is guaranteed to be free of viruses, adware, spyware or all other harmful software.
During the installation of Duplicate Media Finder on your computer, no other application will be installed.
KDO-RG guarantees that your personal details will not be disclosed. You will not receive any advertizing or similar messages.
Our site uses only session cookies to navigate between certain pages. They are necessary and automatically deleted at the end of each session. In no case do we use cookies to track our visitors.
Rules and general sales conditions:
Each purchased license entitles you to a multi-user installation (up to 5 PC per license) and multi-user use.
Duplicate Media Finder Demo/Free and Pro version products are the exclusive property of KDO-RG. It is forbidden to offer the Pro version of %2% for download. Only the demonstration and free versions is authorized to be provided for download by other sites, but with no modification to the installation file (repack forbidden).
It is forbidden to divulge the activation code you receive for the license, at the risk of having updates blocked.
The Duplicate Media Finder™ user is ultimately responsible for deciding to delete files. KDO-RG cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for the direct or indirect consequences of deleting files.
Privacy policy:
KDO-RG manages your personal data in accordance with European law (Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995), in particular the general data protection regulations.
In order to support (log collection) or manage licenses granted to DMF software users, KDO-RG may collect technical data intrinsic to your computer. Under no circumstances does KDO-RG manage sensitive personal data. This data is necessary and used for internal purposes and will not be transmitted to other entities.
You can request to view, correct or delete your personal data (use the contact form). This data is necessary for DMF to function properly and will be retained as long as you want to use DMF. Please be aware that deleting or modifying some of your data may render the DMF software unusable, and will not entitle you to any refund.
By accepting our General Terms and Conditions, you also accept the collection of data within the framework explained above.

Payment methods accepted by KDO-RG are those listed on Buy and Download.
You will automatically receive a link by email to download DMF The Duplicate Media Finder application is only available by download. In no case can a physical version (CD/DVD) be sent by post.
Duplicate Media Finder™ general refund policy:
Our software is available as ‘Try Before You Buy’. A free and unlimited demo version is available for download so you can make sure it meets your expectations.
Once you have made the DMF payment and it has been credited to our account, you will receive an email with your license information and a license activation code – this will allow you to activate the software on each computer individually. When this information has been sent, we are not in a position to make any refund, especially for the cases listed below. We have this general policy, as it is technically impossible for you to copy the activated software. We remind you that according to European law (Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights), the cooling-off period does not apply to audio, video, computer software and online digital content. By accepting our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you agree not to benefit from a cooling off period.
The demo version allows you to test the software before buying it, and its full description is available on our website. We will not issue any refunds for the following:
- Using the software for anything other than what it was designed for.
- Dissatisfaction with the general usability and/or functionality of the software.
- Inability to run the software in your computer environment.
- Purchase of software for an unscheduled platform or operating system.
- The non-detection of duplicates for similar media (Especially in the case of files that do not respect their standards, or for reasons of subjectivity regarding the notion of similarity between files).
